Date Energy Balls
Ingredients :
- 200 g dates (pitted)
- 50 g oat flakes
- 30 g almonds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
Preparation :
- Grind dates in a blender.
- Add oats, almonds and chia seeds.
- Stir in peanut butter and cocoa powder.
- Form small balls from the mixture.
- Allow to set in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Date smoothie
Ingredients :
- 5 dates (pitted)
- 1 banana
- 250 ml almond milk (or another milk alternative)
- 1 tbsp linseed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 handful of spinach (optional)
Preparation :
- Soak dates in almond milk (for a softer consistency).
- Put all ingredients in the blender and puree well.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
